Fees are starting prices; final scope, exclusions, price, and target delivery date are confirmed in writing. Estimated turnaround: Trade and Preliminary 3–5 business days; Detailed 5–8; Preconstruction 8–12. Trade and Preliminary require payment in full to commence; Detailed and Preconstruction require 50% upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon actual completion before final deliverable release. Cancellation and refund terms are provided in the project-specific agreement before acceptance and payment. METRUM errors are corrected without charge.
